Current Lead Types and Categories

Our lead Categories at a glance:

Direct Web Leads - This lead type comes direct from one of our websites and under goes no qualification by us.
Basic Voice Qualified - This lead type is contacted by one of our in house telesales to confirm the LTV, best contact time and that the client is seeking advice from a mortgage broker or IFA.
Full Voice Qualified - This lead type is contacted by one of our telesales to confirm it meets with the full criteria (income,LTV,Credit History) and a telephone appointment time is booked with the client.

Our lead types at a glance:

First Time Buyers - A person (this also includes joint enquiries) who has never previously owned a property. This also includes people who have not owned a property for over 12 months.
Buy-to-Let - This is when a buyer buys a property to let it out on a commercial basis.
Purchase - This is a mortgage undertaken on a property for which the mortgager has not had prior ownership.
Self Certification - Where the mortgager is looking for advice on declaring or ('certifying') earnings or income.
Re-Mortgage - A replacement loan for another mortgage on the same property.

So which areas can I have?

An order can be 'targeted' and set to generate a certain lead type from various different postcodes, You can choose from 1 to 124 postcodes. Each postcode is priced individually.

Our Qualification Process

We only allocate leads with correct contact details, who want mortgage advice and have plans to proceed within 4 months! They must all go through our telephone qualification process before we send them through to you, unless you elect direct web leads.

First Time Buyers: All must be within 4.5 x income of the loan required and have a 10% deposit.
Buy To Let: All must have at least a 25% deposit and want to go ahead within 4 months.
Re-Mortgage: No clients with more than 4 months remaining on their current mortgage will be passed to you (unless they specifically requested they are happy to look at paying their redemption penalties). They must have at least 15% equity in the property.
Self Cert: All must have at least 25% equity in the property or a 20% deposit for the self cert others.
Purchase: All must have a 15% deposit and also be looking to go ahead within, at the most, 4 months.
