What is the Refund Policy?
We appreciate that sometimes a lead will need to be returned to us for various reasons. Our criteria for a lead that can be returned is as follows:
You are unable to contact the potential customer due to invalid contact details. You must return this lead to us within 4 Calender Days.
The potential customer does not fulfil the Criteria stated above in our Qualification section.
Are all financial services leads compliant?
Yes. Using express consent, all clients are notified that you (or a company representative) will be contacting them.
