The fact that we qualify all of our Mortgage leads has had some considerable improvement to the quality:

  • Removal of Time Wasters;

  • We arrange convenient times for initial telephone appointments;

  • Every lead will be aware of your name, company and will be expecting your call.

Our Qualification Process

We only allocate leads with correct contact details, who want mortgage advice and have plans to proceed within 6 months!

First Time Buyers: Income against the loan amount judged. Loan amounts within 6 times income(s).
Buy To Let: All with 10% deposit We ensure the leads you receive have a deposit available.
Re-Mortgage: No clients with more than 6 months remaining on their current mortgage (unless they specifically requested they are happy to look at paying redemption penalties) or who have no intention of Re-Mortgaging.
Self Cert: 10% deposit available (and 5% for Re-Mortgages).

  • No Minimum Spend

  • No minimum fixed tie-in period

  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, cheque or BACS transfer. Pay in at anytime

  • As soon as a mortgage enquiry is made, it is allocated to your account instantly

  • Your leads are delivered remotely via:

    • E-Mail

    • SMS text message

  • You set a quota of the maximum leads per day

What is the Refund Policy?

We appreciate that sometimes a lead will need to be returned to us for various reasons. Our criteria for a lead that can be returned is as follows:

  • You are unable to contact the potential customer due to invalid contact details. You must return this lead to us within 4 Calender Days.

  • The potential customer does not fulfil the Criteria stated above in our Qualification section.

Are all financial services leads compliant?

Yes. Using express consent, all clients are notified that you (or a company representative) will be contacting them.
