We only allocate leads with correct contact details, who want mortgage advice and have plans to proceed within 6 months! (4 months in the case of purchase leads)
All LTV's for each lead type can be altered to your specific preference.
All leads delivered to you will have a set of qualification notes. We supply you with as much information as possible.

Quality
With the iLeads system you only receive the exact type of leads you want, not the ones you don't.
What is the Refund Policy?
We appreciate that sometimes a lead will need to be returned to us for various reasons. Our criteria for a lead that can be returned is as follows:

You are unable to contact the potential customer due to invalid contact details. You must return this lead to us within 4 Calendar Days (Including weekends).
The potential customer does not fulfil the Criteria stated above in our Qualification section.
Are all financial services leads compliant?
Yes. Using express consent, all clients are notified that you (or a company representative) will be contacting them.
