Are my leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead processed through the iLeads system will be directly delivered to one recipient only. There is the possibility that a client could resubmit their details, but iLeads has functionality implemented to prevent most cases of this happening.

Where are my leads sourced from?

iLeads has many sources of leads of which 95% are generated via an Internet source. Sources are found by a client in various way; Internet searches, traditional advertising or word of mouth. Rest assured that all clients have willingly submitted their details and confirmed that they would like to be contacted.

Are all financial services leads compliant?

Yes. Using express consent, all clients are notified that you (or a company representative) will be contacting them.

What geographical area can I have?

An order can be 'targeted' and set to generate a certain lead type from various different postcodes (Choose from 1 to 124 Postcodes. Each postcode is priced separately.

How many leads will I receive?

Within iLeads, a quota can be set for every order. Also, a maximum quota per day can be set so that you can manage a steady flow of leads day to day. Though we can not guarantee that your quota can be met, we can guarantee that your set quota and maximum quota per day will never be exceeded.

Please note that individual cap levels will need to be set for each lead product that you take.

When will my leads quota reset?

Your flow of leads is constant in relation to your order's quota. iLeads will deliver leads to you evenly over a 30 day period (depending on your 'maximum per day' quota).

How quickly will I receive my leads?

Instantly. As soon as we have qualified the lead, it will be allocated to your account. We recommend that turn around time for receiving the lead and contacting the client is as small as possible. We have observed that the sooner you contact a client, the more likely they will do business with you.

What is my secure access website and how do I use it?

Think as the iLeads website as your lead management system. It is there to help you effectively organise and purchase leads in a quick and simple fashion. We have designed the system to help, rather than hinder. There are many hints, tips and tutorials within the system to get you started and we are constantly extending our help facilities to meet the demand of our users.

When are my leads payable?

Once your iLeads account is setup you are able to deposit an amount of money via cheque or BACS transfer. We are looking to include an automated payment factility as soon as possible. When a lead is delivered to you, the cost of that lead will be deducted from your account. This process will continue until your account reaches an amount where leads can not be bought. You can deposit your account at anytime.

What is your qualification criteria?

We only allocate leads with correct contact details, who want mortgage advice and have plans to proceed within 6 months!

  • First Time Buyers: Income against the loan amount judged. Loan amounts within 6 times income(s).

  • Buy To Let: All with 10% deposit We ensure the leads you receive have a deposit available.

  • Re-Mortgage: No clients with more than 6 months remaining on their current mortgage (unless they specifically requested they are happy to look at paying redemption penalties) or who have no intention of Re-Mortgaging.

  • Self Cert: 10% deposit available (and 5% for Re-Mortgages).

What is the Refund Policy?

We appreciate that sometimes a lead will need to be returned to us for various reasons. Our criteria for a lead that can be returned is as follows:

  • You are unable to contact the potential customer due to invalid contact details. You must return this lead to us within 4 Calender Days.

  • The potential customer does not fulfil the Criteria stated above in our Qualification section.

Can I suspend my account?

You can use your account as much or as little as you like. You have the ability to pause your whole account as and when you please and can freely cancel your orders.

What happens if I want to close my account?

If you would like to cancel your account with iLeads we require written confirmation that you would like to close your account and have all money refunded. After your written confirmation has been received we will send you a cheque for the total amount after 30 days.
