Are my leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead processed through the iLeads system will be directly delivered to one recipient only. There is the possibility that a client could make more than one enquiry on the internet but we contact the clients within 4 minutes to limit this possibility.

Where are my leads sourced from?

iLeads source the leads many ways such as internet sites and Pay Per Click. Rest assured that all clients have willingly submitted their details and confirmed that they would like to be contacted.

Are all financial services leads compliant?

Yes. Using express consent, all clients are notified that you (or a company representative) will be contacting them and as we telephone qualify the leads, they are also awear of a time you shall be calling them.

What geographical area can I have?

You can specifically choose the postcodes you want, whether it be one postcode local to your office or the whole of the UK.

How many leads will I receive?

Within iLeads, a quota can be set for every order. You will have your own personal account in which we can set your limit for the day and the week. Though we can not guarantee that your quota can be met, we can guarantee that your set quota and maximum quota per day will not be exceeded.

Please note that individual cap levels will need to be set for each lead product that you take.

How quickly will I receive my leads once they have been qualified ?

Instantly. As soon as we have qualified the lead, it will be allocated to your account. We recommend that turn around time for receiving the lead and contacting the client is as small as possible. We have observed that the sooner you contact a client, the more likely they will do business with you.

What is my secure access website and how do I use it?

Think as the iLeads website as your lead management system. It is there to help you effectively organise and purchase leads in a quick and simple fashion. You will have your own account and can securely log into it to view your leads.. There are many hints, tips and tutorials within the system to get you started and we are constantly extending our help facilities to meet the demand of our users.

When are my leads payable?

Once your iLeads account is setup you are able to deposit an amount of money through your secure account online (2.9% Charge applies), via cheque or BACS transfer. . When a lead is delivered to you, the cost of that lead will be deducted from your account. This process will continue until your account reaches an amount where leads can not be bought and you will then receive a low funds email. You can deposit funds into your account at anytime.

What is your qualification criteria?

We only allocate leads with correct contact details, who want mortgage advice and have plans to proceed within 6 months! Unless you have elected to have direct web leads (no qualification is carried out). You can elect to have direct web leads (no qualification), Basic Qualified Leads (we only confirm they want advice from a broker and the LTV meets the criteria), Full Voice Qualified Leads (must meet the full criteria below)

  • First Time Buyers: They must be within 4.5 times income. Maximum LTV 90%(You can set you own LTV additional cost applies and we will telephone qualify to that value).

  • Next Time Buyers (purchase): They must be within 4.5 times income. Maximum LTV 85%(You can set you own LTV additional cost applies and we will telephone qualify to that value).

  • Buy To Let: All must be looking to go ahead within 6 months. Maximum 75% LTV(You can set you own LTV additional cost applies and we will telephone qualify to that value).

  • Re-Mortgage: No clients with more than 6 months remaining on their current mortgage (unless they specifically requested they are happy to look at paying redemption penalties) or who have no intention of Re-Mortgaging. Maximum LTV 85% (You can set you own LTV additional cost applies and we will telephone qualify to that value).

What is the Refund Policy?

We appreciate that sometimes a lead will need to be returned to us for various reasons. Our criteria for a lead that can be returned is as follows:

  • You are unable to contact the potential customer for 3 days (excludes basic and web leads) . You must return this lead to us on the 4th Calendar Day (including weekends).

  • The potential customer does not fulfill the Criteria stated above in our Qualification section.

You can not return a lead for the following:

  • The client has changed their mind.


  • The potential customer has decided to go with another adviser – unfortunately we can not guarantee business.

Can I suspend my account?

You can use your account as much or as little as you like. You have the ability to pause your whole account as and when you please and can freely cancel your orders.

What happens if I want to close my account?

If you would like to cancel your account with iLeads we require confirmation that you would like to close your account. We will close your account once all funds deposited have been exhausted.
